Massive Château, 2nd Largest Church in Paris & Wallace Fountains
Wishing you a Bon Week-end!
In this newsletter our Frenchly posts are a fabulous mix. After visiting the ancient town of Josselin with friends the other week, I wanted to share with you my top 5 things to see and do in this popular town. Think massive stone walled château on a pretty river and bright fluttering bunting flags in the town square!
I’ve also included everything you’d want to know before you visit Saint Sulpice Cathedral, the second largest cathedral in Paris that I recently popped into, and a post on the iconic Wallace Fountains in Paris where you can drink fresh water and fill your drink bottle up. This was very useful a few days ago during my walks around the city in the summer heat. A gift to the city of Paris by a very forward thinking gentleman.
Did you catch our latest post on the 17th and 18th century Château at Quintin? Lived in by the family and open for tours, I recently toured the interior and gardens. Read all about the family, their château and gardens here Quintin Château or click on the photo below.
Do you keep a journal? I often do, so for something different, next week’s post will be a day by day journal of a week or two of my life in the French countryside. Everyday jottings and musings of our real life. I can’t wait for you to join me with next week’s post, but in the meantime…
… grab your croissant and coffee and join me with these great posts.
