Angers #PhotoSunday
Angers is often described as the gateway to the Loire Valley. It is also home to the formidable 13th century Château built by Louis IX from 1230-1240 and remodelled by Henri III in 1585. With gardens on the top of the rampart walls, a chapel, dungeons and the speciality built museum for the Anger’s Tapestry of the Apocalypse, this château is a fabulous place to visit.
