Are You A Collector? What Defines A Collection?
What constitutes a collection or defines a collector? Is it just more than two of the same objects grouped together? Do you have to be super passionate and always on the look out for just one more teapot, silver candlestick or antique train station sign?
I don’t passionately collect anything and sometimes feel I ought to be, when I watch shows like Collector or Bargain Hunt or wander around flea markets or antique stores in France.
I think if I had to say I collected anything it would be books due to my large library, and playing cards as I have purchased sets from across the globe on our travels.
